Our ingredients

We work with local farms to source all of the grains, fruit, and cooking oils as well as our own farm grown ingredients, that go into our breads, pastries, and Jams. Our bread is from the farmers who mill and harvest our grains, to the baker who put passion and care into each loaf they make.
